Terms of service

Orders are normally shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Standard shipping is via UPS Ground or equivalent service, and items usually arrive within 3 - 7 business days. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages. There are exceptions in the cases of national holidays where the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Product Availability 

Products are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but every so often there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. 

Shipping Rates: US Hawaii, Alaska, & Canada

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. These costs are determined by the cart's subtotal (taxes not included).  

Additional charges - Any customs, duties or additional charges which apply to your order (if your order is delivered outside of the United States, for instance) will be your responsibility and are not included in the delivery costs.

P.O. Box Shipping

Glu-Stix-Online.com will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

Shipping address undeliverable/Return to sender

If an order has been returned to us because of an incorrect address or a refusal to accept delivery, then the stated shipping cost of the order will not be included in the refund.
